A booking is not accepted until Groomingtails Canine Grooming Academy have received a completed and signed booking form with a deposit. of £195.00 The deposit is non-refundable. The booking will be deemed as accepted upon receipt of confirmation.
The booking deposit is deductible from the course fees for calculation of the balance payable. In the event of a cancellation of the booking by the student the deposit is not refundable.
Notification of cancellation of a booking must be received in writing to Groomingtails not less than 30 days prior to the date of commencement of the course. If no such notification is given then the full course fees become due in the event that a cancellation is made.
The balance of the course fee falls due 30 days prior to commencement of the course.
Cancellation of a booking prior to 30 days before commencement you will loose the deposit paid. Cancellation within 30 days you will be required to pay £1000.00, cancellation within 7 days you will be required to pay the full balance of £1995.00
Payment for your course can be made by bank transfer, cheque payment, credit or debit card.
All courses begin at 9.15am Monday to Friday and finish at 4.00pm
In the event of a course having to be cancelled by Groomingtails prior to the starting date, for whatever reason, a full refund will be made to the student. It should be noted however, that Groomingtails accepts no liability for additional expenses such as travelling, accommodation fees or other related cost that may have incurred.
In the event of any course having to be cancelled by Groomingtails before completion, for whatever reason, you will be offered a refund proportionate to the time lost, or offered the opportunity to continue the course at a time to be mutually agreed.
Students are asked to give details of any medical disabilities, allergies or personal dislikes.
